Fiber Service

Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) is the fastest, most dedicated connection available on the broadband market.

Coming Soon to select neighborhoods in Santa Fe

FTTP also called “Fiber to the Premises” is the installation and use of optical fiber from a central point directly to individual buildings such as residences, apartment buildings, and businesses to provide unprecedented high-speed internet access. Fiber internet is the fastest and most reliable internet service available. That’s because internet service runs through a fiber optic cable which offers greater bandwidth to deliver large amounts of data. Fiber internet allows more reliability and more bandwidth with equal upload and download speeds, giving you the ability to surf and stream with multiple devices connected without interruption.

FTTP is very fast

Fiber is often said to be “future-proof” because the data rate of the connection is usually limited by the terminal equipment rather than the fiber, permitting substantial speed improvements by equipment upgrades before the fiber itself must be upgraded. Normally the data rate of a subscriber’s connection is limited by the equipment and will eventually need to be upgraded as well as maintained periodically. Not with Fiber. FTTP permits substantial speed improvements without the need of the fiber optic cable to be upgraded. Once the Fiber is installed in the building, it’s ready to be plugged into a WiFi router to create WiFi through out the building.

FTTP is in-expensive

Existing newer technologies have improved the cost of Fiber to the Premise, thereby allowing us to offer these services at a lower cost to you. For instance, a 50Mbps symmetrical connection will typically cost a residence about $55. FTTP is fast, affordable, and reliable. With the emerging trend of the IOT “Internet of Things” and more and more devices connected to the internet than ever before, FTTP will help you stay up to date with the ever increasing need for data
